‘Brother, let me take the speck out of your eye,’

How can you say to your brother, ‘Brother, let me take the speck out of your eye,’ when you yourself fail to see the plank in your own eye? Luke 6:42 from Biblical verse.

As a psychic and a medium I have a very real concern about war with Syria which has been with me for many years now as you know when reading my predictions.

Of course you know that I think we should all love each other and try to be brothers and sisters even if we don’t agree racially, socially, religiously or otherwise. God made us all to be the individuals we are and each is created in His/Her image. (Don’t get mad at me because I added the Her, please. Man is a noun meaning all humans when used in speaking about both sexes.)

Also, I know we should help one another. My thought though is that we should clean our own houses before trying to teach others to clean theirs. The United States isn’t blameless in some of its growth. Just look at the news over the last fifty or more years. We’ve done some pretty heartless things to our own. Take a look at the Tuskegee experiment if you doubt me.

We’re not the policemen of the world although we sometimes take on that role. Other countries peoples hate us for our “here’s the way it should be policies.” What I’m saying is let’s take the verse above from the Bible and complete it, then look long and hard before we proceed to tell another how to live.

Karma affects not only the people but the city, county, and yes, even the country. It’s not limited to individuals but does work with group consciousness to affect change. Please make our change positive and with one individual changing you can bring a change to the group which can positively affect the world.

Or as another great man wrote, “Be the change you want to see in the world.” Mahatma Gandhi.

Jesus didn’t espouse a holier-than-thou attitude. He clearly said to love everyone as we do ourselves. I think I like that better.
