I’m having one heck of a lot more ghostly experiences right now.
Maybe it’s because I’m getting more knowledgeable, not old, just better but I’m having one heck of a lot more ghostly experiences right now. Being the medium I am that’s not unusual but generally I know that they’re ghosts. Those coming to see me now make it a lot harder to tell.
Although I’ve mentioned to you many times that we are only ghosts in human clothing called the mortal body, those without the corporeal form can also appear as if they are physical and they’re doing more of it lately. Furthermore they’re doing it at the most inopportune times.
I’d just lain down the other night when a man touched me on the arm with his shoulder, kind of like a linebacker touches a quarterback. Not really, but you get the picture. He was bending over my little dog, Gabrielle. If you’ve read these blogs for a while you know my favorite curse word, which I used right after I used the word, “Oh.” Those words sort of go together. My friend, because he knows I don’t scare easily, asked quickly, “What?”
I replied, “Nothing,” to which he mentioned that it had to be something for me to act the way I did. He was right.
Then I mentioned the man with big shoulders or at least I thought they were big because he hit me with them who’d just bent over beside me. His next words were, “You tell the spooks to leave my house.” Did I mention that I was at his house?
My reply was, “I don’t think you want me to do that.”
“Why,” he retorted?
“You just don’t,” I answered again knowing that the man who’d so kindly touched me with his shoulder was his dead father. He’d told me so the minute my friend talked about the spooks. He wanted his son to know he was there and did the best thing he could to get my attention so that I’d relay the message.
I didn’t have to say more. My friend knew.
He’s getting used to seeing me watch the other side while he’s around although as I stated they’re not always on the other side. We were sitting out watching the cat around nightfall when I spotted someone across the busy highway on which he lives walking. This man, again a man, was dressed just like a ghostly entity who visits me a lot.
Watching his movement in the shadows logically I focused to see if he was what most perceive to be real. That’s when my friend asked what I was watching to which I answered, “Not sure.”
He immediately told me, “He’s alive and he’s walking on the other side of the road.”
All I could do was say thanks. And then I added, “I’m not always sure lately.” He observed my dilemma and tries to help out as much as possible.
