Am I a frightening person?

Am I a frightening person? I didn’t think I was but you never really know. Lately, I’ve met some new people. Although I might not have looked as nice as I generally do, my hair mussed and maybe a little dirty from mowing, you know the usual, but I didn’t think I was a scary person. Maybe clothes really do make the man.

Otherwise, I can only assume that it was because they asked me what I did for a living and I told them that I talked with the dead. Is that a reason to act as if I’m scary? I didn’t think so, especially in this time of enlightenment. As a matter of fact one of the people told me the other day when I saw them outside that one of the neighbors is a good church-going person and might not want to do anything with me. Now, I’m psychic but was that a knock?
Scary to me is horror movies, blood and guts. I don’t watch them. Ghosts, on the other hand, are good friends and not the least bit scary.
Oh well, wait until I tell one of them whom I see around them. Wonder if their dead loved one will be scary too?
