There are some people, when you need customer service, who really makes the company. An unnamed phone company was one I had a lot of problems with. We were told one thing when we started with the company only to find out that they didn’t keep their word. And as Oprah says, “Believe the person when they first show you who they are.” But I try to give everyone the benefit of a doubt. Sometimes to my detriment. And believe me, this company made me start to doubt myself.

Anyway after a few years, I’ll make this short because it really wasn’t, we got away from them. Finally! Then I tried straightening it out again. See, we had even gone to the president of the company and the next week she was gone. Whew!

To make a long story short, I found one of those good people. I have always tried to be the best at customer service because that’s what keeps a company going and she was trying too. She told me that she would be retiring in a couple of years but she still cared about her career. This woman gave me my faith back. And though I just had to call her again because something still wasn’t right, she got right on it. To her, I say and extraordinary thanks one more time.
