Perhaps, for clarity sake, I should tell you that each of us humans is a ghost in a physical body. Spirit is eternal. With that said, you realize that ghosts who died as humans are only spirits who have shed physical bodies. They have been through much of the same life’s challenges each of us face each day. The difference is they did it before they died. After death, they have vast amounts of history from which to draw. Future knowledge that comes with being dead along with their history makes them one of the best sources from which to seek advice.

Even on the other side, they continue to live as they did while on earth without physical constraints. They can do anything they did while alive. For instance they may eat pizza if they want without worry about gaining weight. Any idea they conceive is instantly manifested. It truly is heaven but as the other side has relayed to me, it is not something you rush towards. Rather you should enjoy living each day to the fullest as the spiritual journey it is. Because living and dying are both spiritual journeys. “Try to do each equally well,” my ghosts’ friends tell me. Not one of them has ever told me that I should come home quickly. Home is what they and I call the other side.

After reaching home, many people live close to people they knew before death. They design their homes without restrictions. Personalities of those who have died remain much the same as they were while on earth. If ghosts had any habits while alive, they generally take that habit with them to the other side. So as you can see, life over there is much the same as it is here. On earth, people know another person with whom they are communicating can hear them even if that person doesn’t answer. You can still tell you are heard. Ghosts realize that they can only communicate with people like them who are on the other side with them. Some, like me, who use our psychic talents, let ghosts know that they can hear them. Just because ghosts know a person can’t hear them doesn’t stop ghosts from trying to connect with us. They do many things such as: making noise, leaving odors, shadows appearing where there should be none, items missing and being brought back when you ask for them to be returned, and bothering animals who live with you. All of this just to get attention. And once a ghost knows that you suspect he or she is around, they will continue doing whatever it was that got your attention until you tell them to stop or until you both can communicate.
